Welcome to Artcom Studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, based in Albania. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer photography and videography services for events including, but not limited to, weddings, corporate events, and portraits. The scope of services, as agreed in the booking process, will be fulfilled according to the details confirmed by both parties.
2. Booking and Deposit
To secure your booking, a deposit of 33% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 days before the event. If the booking is made within 1 days of the event, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Bank Transfer & cash . Payment must be made according to the invoice provided. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the booking, you must provide a written notice. The following cancellation fees will apply:
- 33% of the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs more than [30] days before the event.
- The full deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within [3] days of the event.
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of [1] days’ notice, subject to our availability. No additional fees will apply if rescheduling is done within this period.
5. Service Delivery
The final edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within [3-9 of Weeks] weeks after the event. Delivery is made via [online download link, USB drive, or other methods agreed upon]. Any additional post-production requests may incur extra charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that we have access to the venue at the agreed-upon times and providing any necessary information (such as event schedules). Failure to do so may result in delays or incomplete coverage, for which we are not liable.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, equipment failure, illness). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
8. Copyright and Usage Rights
All images and videos produced by Artcom Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use the material for promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio or on social media. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use the images and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
If you wish to obtain full copyright or commercial usage rights, additional fees may apply.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and event details solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will work to resolve the matter amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
